The best way to start your English teaching career is to become a TESOL teacher with ATA TESOL Australia.

Communication activity for Intermediate Teenagers

Students are placed into pairs. Students are assigned roles of either ‘student A’ or ‘student B’. Students both receive a piece of paper; ‘student A’ must spend a few minutes drawing a picture on the piece of paper without ‘student B’ seeing. Students sit back to back, ‘student A’ gives instructions for ‘student B’ to replicate the drawing. Questions can be asked.
Students then compare drawings and swap roles, receiving another piece of paper each. This time ‘student B’ draws the picture and ‘student A’ must replicate, this time questions must be yes/no questions.
